LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We value both your time and the time of our other clients.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
If there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit may be forfeited.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals where our schedule allows.
